Blackkk, most people won't wear black because they think it will make them look ';emo/goth'; but it really doesn't. It especially looks good if you're tan :)
I'd say blue (like OPI No Room For The Blues) or green (like OPI Gargantuan Green Grape). Bright colours are in this summer. And blue is flattering for all skin tones. :)
